Logistics app development companies in the UAE, 2026: the compliance layer first, then who actually builds

Logistics app development companies in the UAE, 2026: the compliance layer first, then who actually builds

Short answer: there are not ten "logistics app development companies" in the UAE, and any list that says there are has padded it. What exists is a compliance layer you must satisfy whichever vendor you pick, a handful of Dubai developers with verifiable delivery or supply-chain work, hardware and telematics specialists who are not app developers at all, and custom engineering firms — including the one publishing this page. This article is organised that way, sourced from each company's own site, with no prices for anyone. Verified 25 September 2026.

The previous version of this page ranked its publisher first with a "Dubai / Abu Dhabi" headquarters it does not have, printed a price band beside every vendor, described a courier company as a "federal monitoring platform", and listed at least one company we could find no trace of. It has been replaced.

How this list was built

Every company below was read on 25 September 2026 from its own website or from Clutch's displayed fields. Regulatory statements are attributed to their source, and where that source is a vendor rather than a regulator the text says so and tells you to confirm with the regulator. No prices are stated for any vendor.

Disclosure. Wise Hustlers publishes this list. We appear in the custom-engineering group, not at the top, with our gaps stated.

Start with the layer nobody on a vendor list can skip

Before choosing who builds your dispatch or fleet app, understand what the vehicles themselves must already carry.

SecurePath Premium is a SIRA-approved GPS tracking platform. Installers — Enroutech, DAL Technology, Go Track, Truckoom, Permits.ae — state on their sites that under Cabinet Decision No. 96 of 2021, from 31 October 2023, goods-transport vehicles operating in Dubai must carry approved tracking, and list categories including hazardous and non-hazardous cargo, petroleum and diesel transport, cash-in-transit and waste. One installer also describes an Abu Dhabi equivalent, Asateel. These are vendor statements, not the regulation itself: confirm scope and current requirements with SIRA and the RTA before you specify anything.

The engineering consequence is that your custom app is almost never the system of record for vehicle location — the mandated tracker is. A competent developer designs around that: consuming the approved platform's data where an interface exists, not duplicating the tracker with a phone GPS and calling it telematics.

Group 1 — Dubai developers with verifiable delivery or supply-chain work

DXB Apps — founded 2012, Al Manara Tower, Business Bay, Dubai; "100+" team, "700+ Applications Delivered". Its site lists courier app development and food-delivery apps as named specialisms, with ride-hailing and moving-service case studies. The most explicitly logistics-oriented app studio with a Dubai address that we could verify.

Royex Technologies — headquartered in Al Nahda, Dubai, with offices in Doha, Kolkata and Chattogram. Sells its own SupplyNet supply-chain product alongside custom development, and names Union Coop, Emaar and Dubai Duty Free as clients on its site. We cite no app count because its site's counter reads "0 Apps Developed".

Code Brew Labs — "since 2013", offices in Dubai, Chandigarh, Guadalajara, San Diego and London. Its product list includes CB Dispatcher, a packaged dispatch and delivery product, and CB Rides. A packaged product is worth knowing about: if your requirement is conventional last-mile dispatch, a configured product will be faster than a custom build.

Emirates Graphic — Swiss Tower, JLT, Dubai; Clutch displays 4.9 across 32 reviews, $5,000+ minimum, $25–$49/hr, 10–49 staff. Its visible portfolio includes SmartShip, described on its site as a platform for how businesses sell and ship goods.

Hyperlink InfoSystem — founded 2011, "1200+" developers, Dubai among its listed offices. Fleet tracking and delivery apps are within its stated range; scale is its argument rather than logistics specialism.

Appinventiv — "1700+" specialists; supply chain and logistics digital transformation is a stated practice. No UAE office stated on its homepage. Delivers from India, as we do.

Group 2 — Not app developers: warehouse and telematics hardware

Techsys Technology LLC — established 2007, Dar Al Raffa Building, Dubai. Barcode scanners, POS and Auto-ID hardware; partners with Zebra, Honeywell, Datalogic and SAP Business One. The previous version of this page listed it as a GPS telematics developer. It is not — it is the firm you call for the scanners and rugged devices in the warehouse, and a good one to know for exactly that.

SecurePath installers (Enroutech, DAL, Go Track, Truckoom) — telematics and compliance, not software development. Your app will consume their data; they will not build your app.

Any list that puts these firms in a ranked table against app studios is comparing a forklift with a spreadsheet.

Group 3 — Custom engineering

This is the right category when the workflow is the business: cross-border customs documentation, cold-chain evidence, free-zone inventory with regulatory reporting, or integrations no packaged product ships. It is the wrong category for conventional last-mile dispatch, where CB Dispatcher or a configured SaaS product will be cheaper.

Wise Hustlers — we publish this list. Wise Hustlers Technologies Pvt Ltd is registered in Chandigarh, India; we have no Dubai or Abu Dhabi office and no verified Clutch profile. Our logistics work is described at industries/logistics, and the engineering approach — offline-first driver apps, event-sourced consignment state, MQTT ingestion from approved trackers — is written up in our Sharjah logistics and telematics guide. The system we can show running is Enerxia, an oil and gas ERP with procurement and supplier management, at pilot scale (2 companies, 36 users, 7 suppliers as of 16 September 2026). Our Sharjah page covers the industrial corridor specifically.

If you need someone in Business Bay on Thursday, DXB Apps or Royex are the right call. If the requirement is a regulated cross-border flow that no product ships, that is the work we compete on.

What we removed, and why

  • A "federal monitoring platform" called NAQEL. NAQEL is a courier company. The claim was wrong and is not repeated.
  • "Code & Co. Middle East." We could find no such company. Dropped.
  • Price bands for every vendor. None had a source.
  • Wise Hustlers' Dubai headquarters and "SOC-2 Type II". We have neither; our security posture is documented on our SOC 2 page, and this page does not assert a Type designation.

What we could not verify

  • The text of Cabinet Decision No. 96 of 2021 from a primary source; the summary above is installer-stated.
  • Founding years for Royex and Emirates Graphic.
  • Any UAE office for Appinventiv.

Frequently asked questions

Which is the best logistics app development company in the UAE?

For a Dubai-based studio with explicit courier and delivery work, DXB Apps. For a packaged dispatch product with a Dubai office behind it, Code Brew's CB Dispatcher. For supply-chain software plus custom work from a Dubai HQ, Royex. For regulated custom flows, compare engineering firms — including us — on a system they can show running.

Do I need SecurePath for my delivery fleet?

Installers state that goods-transport vehicles in Dubai have required approved tracking since 31 October 2023 under Cabinet Decision 96/2021. Confirm your vehicle categories with SIRA and the RTA; do not rely on a vendor page, including this one.

Can my app replace the mandated tracker?

No. Design your app to consume the approved platform's data where an interface is available, and to add what the tracker does not do — proof of delivery, cold-chain evidence, customs documents, dispatch logic.

Why is Wise Hustlers not ranked first on its own list?

Because there is no ranking, and because on local presence we are behind every Dubai-addressed firm on this page.
